The petitioner was appointed in Artillery Regiment of Military, Union of India. He has preferred this writ petition for issuance of writ of certiorari to quash the orders dated 29.5.1999 and 29.7.1999 passed by the Commandant, Central Defence Account (Pension), Allahabad, respondent no. 1 and Commanding Artillery Records, Nasik Road Camp, respondent no. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of section 34 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007.
Accordingly, this case is liable to be transferred from High Court to Armed Forces Tribunal, Lucknow.
Office is directed to place the matter before the Registrar General of this Court for appropriate action in this regard.
