JUDGMENT / ORDER

The case is of 1995. On 8.7.2011, learned Standing Counsel was granted four weeks and no more to file counter affidavit but till dated no counter affidavit has been filed. Learned Standing Counsel states that the order dated 8.7.2011 had been communicated to the District Inspector of Schools by fax as well as by registered letter but no communication has been received.
In view of the above, list this case on 26.9.2012. By that time, either counter affidavit be filed or the District Inspector of Schools may appear in person.
