Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the State-respondents.
It appears that a suit for division of holding was filed, which came to be decreed on 11.11.2020 finally. The petition has been filed seeking implementation of that decree.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that under the provisions of Section 214 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 are applicable and it is for the petitioner to seek execution of the decree in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek her remedy under the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
