JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule. Mr.Shah, learned APP appears and waives service of notice of rule for respondent - State.
The instant application is forwarded through jail by applicant - convict seeking parole leave for 21 days. However, considering the jail remarks sheet, so also the submissions advanced by Mr.Shah, learned APP for the respondent, it transpires that instead of applying for parole leave to the competent authority, the applicant directly forwarded this application to this Court. In above view of the matter, the jail authority is directed to forwarded the application of the applicant - convict to the competent authority and the competent authority shall decide said application of the applicant - convict in accordance with law, within 15 days from the date of receipt of such application. With above observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
Rule is discharged.
