Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri B.K.Solanki, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 17.6.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 17.6.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 17.6.2019 the words sentence of seven years stand deleted and in its place the words sentence of ten years are substituted and in 8th line of 4th paragraph the name of co-accused Body @ Ravi Patel is deleted and in its place Babee alias Ravi Patel is substituted and in 1st line of 7th paragraph the name of appellant Labi Alias Soulnit is deleted and in its place Labi Alias Sounit is substituted and the same shall now be read as such.
Computer Centre is also directed to correct the name the appellant as Labi Alias Sounit and not Labi Alias Soulnit in its record.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
