(1) Whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in estimating 'on money' at the rate of 10% on the total booking receipts, which is based on conjectures and surmises;
(2) Whether the Tribunal below committed substantial error of law in estimating receipt of 'on money' for the whole year, that is to say, even for the post search period;
Since Ms. P.B. Sheth has already entered appearance, appeal be treated as ready as regards service.
