The present Civil Application has been filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of the opponent nos.1 and 2, who are the original claimants in Land Reference Case Nos.1733 to 1743 on the ground that the respondents-original claimants have expired and the proposed opponent nos.1/1 to 1/3 & 2/1 to 2/6 are the heirs of Thakor Talsangji Shivaji and Thakor Becharsang Shivaji respectively.
In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the present application stands allowed in terms of Para Nos.5b and 5c and the heirs as mentioned in the cause title of this application are permitted to be brought on record. The learned AGP shall carry out amendment in the cause title of Civil Application No.10383 of 2010 in First Appeal Stamp No.823 of 2012. Rule is made absolute.
