(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Applicant Land Acquisition Officer seeks extension of time for depositing the amount of cost before the Reference Court by a further period of six weeks. We notice that the Division Bench of this Court while condoning the delay in filing First Appeal by its order dated 21.3.2011 directed the applicant to pay cost of Rs.2500/- per matter to the claimants. This was to be done within four weeks from the date of the order.
It is not clear whether even till date, such amount is deposited or not. We cannot countenance such slow reaction on the part of the applicant in depositing the amount as small as Rs.2500/- per matter. If such amount is not deposited so far, the same shall be done latest by 15th February 2012 without fail. Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
