Heard Mr. P.R. Abhichandani, learned advocate for Mr. C.R. Abhichandani, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that the respondent Company had taken loans from the petitioner. An amount of Rs.3,46,58,050/- is due and payable by the respondent, as on 28.06.2012. A Statutory Notice dated 13.07.2012 has been issued by the petitioner under the provisions of Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956, calling upon the respondent to pay the said amount. However, there is no response to the said notice.
Issue Notice, returnable on 07.11.2012.
The ad-interim relief in terms of paragrah 14(E) is granted, till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
