The present application has been filed for bringing the heirs on record under Order 22, Rule (4) of the Civil Procedure Code as stated in the application.

Though served, none has appeared for the respondent.

In the circumstances, the present application stands allowed. The heirs of the deceased, Aminaben Wd/o Vali Umarji i.e. opponent no.1/1 is ordered to be brought on record, who is interested in the outcome of the litigation. Rule is made absolute. Amendment to be carried out within a week.
