Having heard learned AGP, Mr.P.P.Banaji for the applicants/appellants and also considering the smallness of amount i.e. less than Rs.1,00,000/- involved in these appeals, these appeals are dismissed in limine without entering into the merits of the matter. It is made clear that this order will not be treated as precedent. Decree be drawn accordingly.

As this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeals, Civil Applications for condonation of delay are not entertained and are hereby dismissed. Rule discharged.
