The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2017 and to file a final report.

2. Mr.C. Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, taking notice for the respondent submitted that complaint has been received and it has been taken on file in C.S.R.No.86/2017.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the basis of the C.S.R No.86/2017 and file final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
