JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is limited scope for directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that if the said representation dated 04.08.2016 is still pending with the first respondent, he shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law, as directed by this Court.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation along with the copy of this order from the petitioner. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall send a copy of the representation dated 04.08.2016 along with copy of this order to the first respondent immediately.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
