JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the fourth respondent to hand over the keys of the petitioner-company which were taken by the fourth respondent and kept in his possession illegally, after locking the company.
2. When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire bunch of keys said to have been taken by the fourth respondent, has already been handed over to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
