2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner in this Writ petition has challenged the order 07.06.1999 passed by the 1st respondent in G.O. Ms.No.166 School Education (S2) Department. When the very same G.O. was challenged by the petitioners in W.P.Nos.13011 to 13014 of 2008, it was dismissed by order of this Court dated 20.12.2008. However, the said order was not challenged by the petitioners therein. A copy of the order dated 20.12.2008 passed in W.P.Nos.13011 to 13014 of 2008 has been produced before this Court.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
