JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner contends that he wrote 10th examination at Tagore Higher Secondary School, Tindivanam. Though the results of other students have been declared, the petitioner's result is withheld and it has not been declared. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation on 21.11.2013, requesting the authorities to furnish the certificate of marks and to publish the results. Since, no action has been taken, the petitioner has come before this Court.
2. When the matter is called today, Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan learned Special Government Pleader for Education would submit that the petitioner indulged in malpractice. While writing the examination during September 2011 with Roll No.1077273. As per the proceedings dated 08.02.2012, the petitioner's examination was cancelled and publication of result was also cancelled. The Joint Director, Examinations, cancelled the petitioner's result and had debarred the petitioner from writing the examination for the next two terms. Even after the cancellation of publication of results of the petitioner on 08.02.2012, examinations had been conducted more than twice. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to write the examination, as the debarred period is already over. No costs.
