This Company Application is filed for condonation of delay of 2684 days in filing the claim in Form No.66, on 20.11.2013, in respect of Chit Reference No.LP 28 E-17 before the Official Liquidator.
At the hearing, Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, stated that final adjudication of the claims has not yet been made. The learned Counsel has, fairly, not opposed this application.
In this view of the matter, the delay of 2684 days, in filing the claim in Form No.66 in respect of Chit Reference No.LP 28 E-17 before the Official Liquidator, is condoned. The Official Liquidator is directed to consider the applicant’s claim along with other claimants.
The Company Application is allowed accordingly.
