JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was aggrieved with Ext.P2. She had initially sought for permission to advertise on her vehicle for the year 2009-2010. Permission was granted and the petitioner had also paid the required fees. Subsequently, the petitioner had desisted from displaying such advertisements. However, the same was not intimated to the authority. The authority issued Ext.P2 notice claiming further fees for advertisement for the remaining two years. 2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that on inspection conducted, it is revealed that the petitioner has not displayed the advertisements in the said two years.
In such circumstances, Ext.P2 shall stand set aside. There shall be no demand made on that ground. The writ petition shall stand allowed.
