Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner-Land Management Committee in this writ petition is that the case under Section 67 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 against the opposite party is pending consideration since the year 2018.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 4, Tehsildar/Assistant Collector-1st Class, Tehsil Faranda, District Maharajganj to consider and decide the case No. T- 201805470400281 under Section 67 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
