Heard Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pankaj Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The Land Management Committee, Gram Panchayat Firozpur, Block Khuthan, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur through its Chairman is before this Court with request to issue direction to the second respondent, Collector, District Jaunpur to pass appropriate orders on its application dated 20.3.2017 and the proposal sent by Tehsil Level Committee dated 23.5.2017 for resumption of revenue Plot No.137 area 0.162 hectares situated at Village Nuruddinpur in the name of Parishadiya Junior High School of Gram Panchayat Firozpur, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur within stipulated time.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to decide the petitioner's application dated 20.3.2017 (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
