RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not disposing of the appeal petition filed by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of Natural Justice and consequently Suspend the proceedings in Rc.No. 87/2008 (B) Dt. 11.4.2008 of the 2nd respondent and pass such other appropriate orders.

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. RAMULU WRIT PETITION NO. 10867 OF 2008 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the order of suspension of authorization with regard to shop Nos.22 and 23 of Peruru Village, Ramagiri Mandal, Anantapur District, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the same is pending. Since the appeal and the stay petition are still pending, the authorities may be directed to consider the stay petition filed by the petitioner.
In view of the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to dispose of the very appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from today, and status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained till the disposal of the appeal.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
