2. Petitioners have sought to quash FIR in Crime No.5/2017 registered for offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 read with section 34 of IPC.
3. The allegations made in complaint discloses ingredients of criminal offence which require to be investigated. Hence, this is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
