It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite the order of status quo passed by the concerned Tribunal the official respondents are interfering with the petitioner’s possession. That being the position, as correctly recorded by the learned trial Judge, the petitioner should approach the Tribunal concerned for redressal of the grievance.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, W.A.M.P. No.125 of 2014 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands dismissed.
