JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the widow of late Sreenivasan. It is claimed that late Sreenivasan was an employee under the respondents. He was dismissed from service. However, his dismissal was set aside but he was not reinstated in service even after the final outcome of the challenge against dismissal. He suffered heart attack and died on 19/11/2012. The petitioner has filed Ext.P1 representation claiming employment and also for service benefits of late Sreenivasan. She seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P1. Ext.P1 bears date 18/06/2013.
2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the competent among respondents to pass orders on Ext.P1 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
