JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-36/7956 on the route Chottupara - Thrissur - Ayyanthode - Medical College - Mundur. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P1 application for revision of timings of his service. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.
2. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carriage operators adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioner and also display public notice W.P.(C)No.30533 of 2014 -:2:-
in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say, the revision of timings shall be in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
