When this original petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some technical defects in this petition and he wants to file separate petition to quash crimes against him independently and sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file necessary fresh petitions in accordance with law. Permission is granted and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
