K.V.Narayanan vs State Of Kerala

Petitioners approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P4 stay ordered by the first respondent in Ext.P3 proceedings before the first respondent under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1951. The fourth respondent approached the first respondent challenging Ext.P3. In the above proceedings, Ext.P4 order has been passed.

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioners and the fourth respondent or any other affected person within a period of six weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
