K. M. Joseph, J. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter can be closed in view of the consequential orders passed on the representation submitted against the transfer of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner intends to take steps against the same.

Recording the above submission, we close this original petition without prejudice to the petitioner's right to take steps in accordance with law.
