Ext.P1 is an application filed by the petitioner seeking permission to close down an aided lower primary school. Petitioner is the Manager of the school. Ext.P1 application has been filed as early as on 20.05.2013. It is submitted that no action has been taken by the second respondent on Ext.P1 application. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, I am inclined to direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
