Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his order Lr.No.Na.Ka.171/05/A3 dated 02.03.2005 and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to retain the petitioner as a Panchayat Assistant in the Pillayappampalayam Panchayat.
2. The W.P.M.P.No.8559 of 2005 for stay of the transfer order was dismissed on 6.3.2006. At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the place of transfer. In view of the same no further adjudication is required in this case. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
