Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application before the respondent in Form No.10 as per Rule 43 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Rules, 1964. The petitioner has remitted the required fee as per Ext.P3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to take steps pursuant to Ext.P2 within a period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
