JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to consider his representation dated 11.08.2017.
2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The case of the petitioner is that he owns lands in S.Nos.170/4, 170/5, 170/7, 170/8, 170/9 situated at Pulipatti village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.
4.The petitioner would state that while issuing patta in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.226, the S.No.170/4 was left out. Hence, he gave a representations to the respondent on 28.09.2015 and 23.11.2015 and finally on 11.08.2017. Since no favourable order was passed, the present writ petition.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner produces the relevant document, the respondent would consider the same and take appropriate action.
6. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
