Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 24.5.2013. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 24.5.2013. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
