JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to repair the retaining wall of a canal. In the statement filed before this Court it is stated that the retaining wall of the canal adjacent to the road where the road development works were made has already been constructed about five years back and there is no block of water as alleged by the petitioner. It is also submitted that in between the property of the petitioner and the canal there are two strips of land owned by other persons. The complaint was made in the year 2010. The petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2010. I do not find any reason to grant any relief to the petitioner at this distance of time. However, the petitioner has any further grievance on any issues in the writ petition, with WP(C).No.18491/2010-J.
2 liberty to approach this Court, this writ petition is dismissed.
