JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the instead of exhausting the appeal remedy available under the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, the Petitioner has approached this Court with the present Writ Petition, for the relief stated supra. Therefore, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
