JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Court has no jurisdiction to set aside the Award passed by the Lok Adalath. The Award in fact amounts to a decree under Section 20 of the Legal Services Authorities Act. The order of the court below refusing to set aside the Award calls for no interference in the circumstances. 2. This will not disable the petitioner from challenging the Award of the Lok Adalath in appropriate proceedings afresh.
The Original Petition is dismissed.
