The petitioner seeks concessional benefits including scaling down of interest on the loan amount. The Kerala State Housing Board points out that the One Time Settlement scheme is in vogue till 31.12.2013.
2. I permit the petitioner to move the first respondent Board seeking the benefit of One Time Settlement scheme. The representation if filed within one month from today shall be dealt with by the first respondent within one month therefrom.
3. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P5 notice shall be put on hold in the meanwhile. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner remits a sum of `2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) towards the dues within a period of one month from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
