JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBAIAH.J) On the earlier occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called up, there is no representation for the petitioner/appellant and hence, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, CMA.No.SR.30920 of 2014 stands rejected.
