JUDGMENT / ORDER

A.M.Shaffique, J. The first respondent, the petitioner has filed this review petition inter alia contending that the first petitioner has no right in respect of the property, for which this court has granted police protection to the petitioner with regard to the property in question on the basis of the judgment produced by the petitioner, which proves his possession over the property.
2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the title of the petitioner is disputed. Being an Inam land, the writ petitioner cannot claim any right or interest. In fact we have not expressed any view regarding the title of the property. We granted police protection to the writ petitioner since he was in possession of the property. If the Government or any other person has better title, it is open for either of the parties to take up the matter before the appropriate forum and get the title or possession settled and the writ petitioner can be evicted by due R.P. No. 910/2014 2 process of law. Until such time, the writ petitioner cannot be evicted by the Government or any other person, but, they are free to take up the matter in accordance with law. Hence no grounds are made out to review the judgment dated 18.9.2014.
Accordingly the review petition is dismissed.
ASHOK BHUSHAN, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE A.M.SHAFFIQUE, JUDGE.
