JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the complainant before the Vigilance Court, Thrissur in CC.No.882 of 2014. Petitioner submits that this case has been transferred to Vigilance Court, Thiruvananthapuram subsequently. Petitioner has approached the respondent for obtaining sanction to prosecute the accused in the above case. Petitioner points out to Ext.P2, the acknowledgment received. However, the petitioner submits that no action has been taken pursuant to petitioner's request. Accordingly, the petitioner has approached this Court. The learned Govt.Pleader submits that the petitioner has not placed any materials before the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request. In view of the facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall appear and place all the records before the first respondent on 5.1.2015 at 11.00 am. Based on the materials placed by
WP(C).No.30004/2014-A.
2 the petitioner, appropriate authorities shall take a decision in accordance with law within a further period of two months. In view of the above, the Vigilance Court, Thiruvananthapuram is directed to defer the case for a period of eight weeks.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
