1. Rule.
Ms.Vinita Vinayak, learned counsel appearing for M/s. Thakkar Associates waives service of Rule for the respondent.
2. Considering the prayers prayed for in the application and with consent of the respective learned counsel, the application is taken up for final hearing forthwith.
3. Considering the averments made in the application, prayer, as prayed for, in the application for fixing the date of final hearing of the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.3934 of 2006, deserves to be accepted, as the matter is of the year 2006.
4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The main writ petition, being Special Civil Application No.3934 of 2006, is fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 30.04.2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
