JUDGMENT / ORDER

The amount involved in this petition is less than Rs.50,000/-. It has been the consistent practice of this Court not to entertain petitions wherein, the claims are small. Therefore, considering the smallness of the amount involved, the petition is not entertained and is, accordingly, rejected. Rule is discharged. It is, however, made clear that this order may not be treated as precedent in other cases and also against the rejection of an application filed u/s. 33(C)(2) of the ID Act. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
