Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Pundir, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that the issue raised can be adequately and more appropriately dealt with by the Civil Court or any other competent Court to grant declaration as apparently there is a dispute between the petitioner and one Nagina Devi claiming to be wife of Mahadev Prasad. In writ jurisdiction, the dispute cannot be determined.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
