2. When the matter was taken up today, Learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent submitted that the petitioner in this petition seeks a direction to the respondents to issue the Work Order. It is further submitted that the tenders were called in the year 2014 and the work in question has been completed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
3. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
