On 14.08.2019, no one appeared to press the petitioner. Therefore, the petition was directed to be listed peremptorily on 21.08.2019. Today also the case is listed peremptorily but no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition even in the revised call.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
