Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not issue to the respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court Sambhal at Chandausi to decide the Marriage Suit No. 110 of 2020 (Sri Dhruv Singh Vs. Smt. Kusum Vati) u/s 13(B) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, P.S. Nakhasa, District Sambhal within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court Sambhal at Chandausi to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur reported in 2017 SC 4417 in accordance with law most expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
