Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Heard Sri Virendra Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Sri Saurabh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the election to the post of Gram Pradhan.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of approaching election tribunal.
Faced with this Sri Virendra Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recasts his prayer and seeks leave to approach the Election Tribunal in accordance with law.
It is open to the petitioner to seek remedies in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
