Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order dated 25 October 2018 pursuant to which the respondents have denied salary to the petitioner for the period April to December 2017 on the principle of 'no work no pay'.
Undisputedly the petitioner was transferred to the Injection Room on 27 March 2017. She did not join at that place. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been unable to draw the attention of the Court to any material which may establish that the petitioner had attended her duties and had discharged work during the period in question. Consequently the impugned order does not suffer from any legal infirmity.
The writ petition is dismissed.
