The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to direct the respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioner and re-examined her answer book and award proper marks.
Vide order dated 15.02.2019, learned Standing Counsel was granted to seek instructions in the matter.
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel placed before this Court the instructions dated 25.02.2019. The same is taken on record.
It is contended in paragraph No.3 of the instructions that after re-evaluation, fresh result of the petitioner was declared in which she was declared successful.
In the circumstances, no relief could be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
