JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Vinay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
An affidavit of compliance of opposite party has been filed today, which is taken on record.
In paragraph 8 the opposite party has stated that the payment of Rs.3,41,521/- has been credited in the account of the applicant/petitioner on 1.1.2016. In paragraphs 10 and 11 of the affidavit, it is stated that the order of the writ court has been fully complied with.
In view of the above statement given on affidavit of the opposite party, it appears that the order of the writ court has been complied with. Under the circumstances, there appears to be no need to proceed further in the matter.
In view of the above, the contempt application is dismissed leaving it open to the applicant to move recall application in case the affidavit as given by the opposite party no.1 is found to be false.
